Omar and AC Power and Comfort did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing our a/c system. We live in Parkland and Omar was able to come the next day. We are back up and running in a few hours. I would highly recommend Omar for any a/c system repair. He was also very thorough in explaining the issue and I believe him to be very honest and cost effective. He also made the payment process very easy.

Omar was awesome!! The a/c in our dental office was out and AC Power rescued us within hours. The issue was identified and fixed within an hour. As a property manager for a large Condo Association, I am always seeking reliable vendors with phenomenal customer service. I recently used AC Power & Comfort to make a repair to a 50 ton unit for the ballroom in my clubhouse. I was impressed from day one. It seems that customer service and communication are lost traits for vendors in south Florida. However, that's not the case with AC Power and Comfort. Once the contract was signed, I was kept in the loop in regards to the parts being shipped from the manufacturer, and scheduling of the repair. It was great. Also, the final invoice included pictures of the repairs made, which alleviated any questions from the board of directors as to which repairs repairs were made. Very professional! Just can't say enough good things about this vendor!

Omar is a true master of his craft. I have a geothermal heat pump and very few techs in the area understand how to service them. My unit was giving me sporadic problems with cooling and I went through several technicians and tried several solutions before Omar came by and figured it out on the first visit. He knew EXACTLY what was wrong and he made some recommendations on how to fix my unit.

When he came by to do the work, you can tell he is very detail-oriented. He made sure that everything was in its place and he took several photos while he was doing the work. He took the time to explain to me how he was fixing everything and why it was going to fix the issue. He even contacted me after some days had passed to make sure that the AC was working fine. Now THAT'S customer service.

He also gave me the invoice by email, which was a very nice report with photos and comments about the work done. He clearly went above and beyond which you just don't see people do these days.

Professional, on-time, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and fairly-priced. Those qualities are very hard to find with AC technicians (or most professions for that matter). I highly recommend AC Power & Comfort. You won't find a better company out there. I've had previous companies gouge me and do shoddy work so they can come back and charge for more work, but Omar does only the best work, the first time and at a fair price. He is honest and prompt and will work until he is satisfied he has given only the best work possible. He recently installed a new high efficiency Trane system and I couldn't be happier. He even came out a few days later to check on the cooling levels and make sure it was running perfectly.

I live in the tradewinds condos in building E in Coconut Creek, we have had our water cooling tower since hurricane Wilma back in 2007. Since the completion of our water tower we have had (2) TWO different companies0 maintaining our tower. they were only out for the money, not reeling to0 maintain the tower on a monthly basis, just only when we had a problem. At this time our property management company signed a contract with Omar Crespo from AC Power and comfort inc, who has done an outstanding job at maintaining the tower on a consistent monthly basis and always in case of an emergency. As I was on the Board of Directors at this time I was very involved in the design and construct of the tower, with Complete Air who was doing the installation of the tower, we had proposed a closed system, not the one that Complete Air and myself had proposed. Our president and the remaining board members chose the open system that we have today. Omar has most diligent in maintaining the tower, he has always performed in a very professional matter. He always has told the management company as well of our board of directors of potentionals problems that might arrived if we did not fix or add something to the tower that would fix a problem that he saw weeks or months prior to that eventual incident coming to fact. But unfortunately our board would overlook Omars concern that would cost us pennies compared to an emergency visit that he would come and fix. There are a lot of person's in both the D and E buildings, that we have a person such as Omar Crespo that maintains our water tower. I am extremely proud to so say that Omar is a true professional in the HVAC Industry, and your company is extremely fortunate to have him.

There is probably nothing more important to a south Floridian home or business, than a properly functioning and efficient air-conditioning system. However, there is a fair amount of "here today, gone tomorrow" companies which recognize this and prey on unsuspecting consumers. We all know at least someone down here who's had a horrible experience with a contractor of some sort. I can tell you straight up if you want to sleep peacefully at night, knowing you've hired someone who's going to be on call 24/7 and from day one...get the job done RIGHT, Omar is your guy. I can't express enough how pleased with were Omar's service. We almost lost an MRI magnet because of a chiller malfunction. Omar drove to the airport twice to try to meet the part coming off of the plane. When it arrived he worked all night Friday night into Saturday morning to get it installed and saved the day!
